Product Number Convention
On items where a color is applicable, the fourth digit in the product number #xxx0 indicates color. When the last of the four digit product number is “1”, the product is powder coated in black. When the last of the four digit product number is “2”, the product is powder coated in rich gold.
Terms
All orders require written confirming purchase orders. Payment is Net 30 days. Prior credit approval, payment must accompany order. Five week lead time from receipt of order for shipment from our plant in Columbia, Missouri.
Warranty
All Sneezeguard Solutions® products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
Returns
Returns of product requires prior authorization and is subject to a 25% restocking charge and freight charge. No returns after 30 days or on custom orders.
